What will Obamas Socialist Plans Cost Us? Cap and Trade?

When Obama talks, people listen, or do they? So often, when Obamas lips are flapping, all he is doing is emitting hot air (talk about greenhouse gases)! Now we all know about his teleprompter, isn’t it time to start “hearing” what he is actually saying?

This video is perfect for what I am trying to say, why, because there is no video, it is just audio and a still picture! Why is this so perfect, you may be wondering, because you can read and listen at the same time!

If you notice, this was recorded way before he became President, he mentions that this could come up in the “general elections”, and basically was saying “hey, I can say whatever I want, I can tell you that your light bill is going to skyrocket, I can tell you that, because I can sell it” , if you weren’t paying attention then, maybe you will now!

Now to the issues:

What is “Cap and Trade”? This is a term used to define one of those “Green”  beliefs, that you put a cap, a limit, on the “greenhouse gas” emissions and trade by pushing a green agenda through, that will ultimately result in using less of what ever it was that they put the cap on!

Sticking with electricity production as the bad guy, the one that needs to be capped, what Obama wants to do, is make the power producers spend a ton of cash, or, go deep in debt, to create a “greener” method for this production, in other words, “lets make them (energy producers) spend so much, and pass on that debt, that Americans will go broke just trying to pay their light bill”! Hey, what population is going to rise up and defend itself from big government spending, and a dictatorial take over, if they can’t even pay their light bill?

The good news is, inthe long run, after all of the poor and old people have died off from exposure to heat and cold, the younger generations that survive, will be used to paying over 50 cents a KW (kilowatt) for electricity, and will have developed new technology that uses less energy! Can you see where this is headed?

Obama is not even considering the “now” all he is doing is planning for the society that may or may not survive!

I know this sounds a bit crazy, right now, but wait a few years, if it even takes that long. Think about this, what are you currently paying for a KW of electricity? Think about this one real good, remember when gas prices went from 15 cents a gallon to a dollar? I do! That was when I was a kid cutting grass, I got paid a quarter, bought a gallon of gas, a candy bar, and a soda! Then, I got my first truck, paid 35 cents a gallon to fill it up, the first time, the second time it was 75 cents a gallon, and the third was over a dollar! That is the way electricity will be!

Once Obama gets his “cap and trade” plans shoved down our throats, like he did, porkulus, and the other stuff, it will not take long! We all now that it costs money to produce electricity. It is a simple matter of converting one form of energy into another, be it coal, natural gas, or nuclear ( the clean one), which ever, that fuel and the technology to process it, is where the big changes will come.

What was it, about six years ago, I paid (In Houston, Texas) about 10 cents a KW (once all of the taxes and fees were added), to about 15 cents, that is when I moved up here to the sticks. A buddy of mine, in Houston, tells me that he is paying over 20 cents a KW now. Here, things went from about 6 or 7 cents per KW to over 10 cents per KW, during that same time. So, what happens next? Have you ever looked at a utility, phone, lights, gas, cable, what ever bill? See all of those little taxes and fees?

Once this “Cap and Trade” crap becomes a reality, that list of fees and taxes will definitely change, not to mention the rates themselves!

Once we allow the government to take over our lives, and control everything, it will be too late! This article is about just one of the many things that our government wants to do to us, “for our own good” because we are too stupid to see that we are being put under the control of a “socialist” system, at best, and I would hate to even think of what the worst could be, but, I can say this, there are a lot of similarities of what is happenning now, and what happened when Adolf  Hitler took over, and he was a very popular guy too! What do you think about the mandatory ‘volunteer’ corps?

No, that is not a typo, Obama’s plan for a civilian security force, and ‘volunteer” corps, is already being voted on. What exactly will this do? Have you ever heard of the “Hitler Youth”? These were the kids forced into ‘volunteer” service of Hitlers time.

I have to admit, I think that kids volunteering for some sort of community service could be a good thing and may build character, but, having a civilian security force, just does not sound like what I am talking about.

I don’t know about you, but such a force is a bit scary, is it just a way to “legally” put a bunch of brain washed kids in his control to do God only knows what? Why would he need or want such a thing, we have the best military in the world for our national security, whose security is he talking about?

Could this be an indicator that he is afraid that Americans are going to get fed up and make a stand? Would he use these brainwashed kids to quell an uprising? He talks of this civilian security force being as powerful and well funded as our military, why? As an old Army guy myself, I know that if I was in the Army and he tried to get us to stop Americans from taking back our country, I would side with those he was telling me to stop! His ordering our military to do something like that would be illegal, and since we all took an oath to defend our country from both foreign and domestic enemies, that would make it an easy choice.

Obamas plan would use our schools against us, to train zombies that would follow his orders. If he gets his way, builds these campuses, funds it the same as our military, what would stop him from trying to do things like take away our guns? Remember what he said about those of us that “cling to our guns and religeon” I would say that is a pretty good indicator as to what his plans are. Maybe you have noticed that gun sales are up? Obama Wins: Now what?

Well, it happened, Barack Obama has defeated John McCain and will be the 44th President of the United States of America!

Listening to his speech, almost made me feel better about it, dang he can talk, so could Hitler, that is one of the reasons he won. I am sorry, but if you look at the map, and where he won, not just the states, but broken down by county, it doesn’t look like much, but those counties are where the big cities are, hmm, at least my state, Texas went the right way!

I am sorry if you were one of the people that were deceived by this man and his tax plans, just be ready for the fallout, when the taxes go up! It is either that, or all of those pretty socialist plans of his will get canceled.

SinceObama was elected, the whole country is going to have to get used to those San Francisco values of Nancy Pelosi and the other liberals that now will have complete control of our lives. I wonder how long it will be before he takes the guns away from us “bitter” Americans? Oh well, time will tell, maybe Texas will withdraw from the Union? Who knows, nobody yet, but it won’t take long to see.

While I am writing this, it sounds like the markets are all going to take a hit, we’ll see, may God bless and protect us, somebody has to, the voters didn’t do it!

Question: What is a Community Organizer? Why did Barack Obama start out as a Community Organizer?

I am sorry if what I write tonight offends anyone, it is not being written for that purpose, it is being written to actually help those that don’t understand,  to help them get a grasp of reality.

I am first going to quote a website, which is about taking action, The Marin Institute, which you can find out more about here. This may be a wonderful site, and I love the definition they have here, it fits perfectly.

What is community organizing?

Community organizing is a long-term approach where the people affected by an issue are supported in identifying problems and taking action to achieve solutions. The organizer challenges those he or she works with to change the way things are—it is a means of achieving social change through collective action by changing the balance of power. The tactics and strategies employed by the organizer are similar to the processes of leadership including timing the issue, deliberate planning, getting the attention of the populace, framing the issue in terms of the desired solution, and shaping the terms of the decision-making process.

I want to break this down a bit, the above underlined sections are what I will talk about!

What is that saying? Who has the power that they want to change the balance of? Our constitution tells us that the power in this country belongs to “We the People”, , not “We the Sheeple”, so, to change this balance would be to put who in control? The Government, that’s who!

Is this something we really want to change? I want government to go away and leave me alone! Who would want this to change and why? This is simple, go back to the keyword, power, if you take control from “We the People” and give it to the government, the actual control, or power, would be in the hands of the person in charge of the government, right?

The second part, I have the main point underlined, but will explain more of that part of the sentence.

My emphasis, is on the same as above, who, as in who would waste their time on tactics and strategies that are similar to leadership, why not use the actual tactics and strategies of leadership?

As for the rest of that sentence.

deliberate planning, getting the attention of the populace, framing the issue in terms of the desired solution, and shaping the terms of the decision-making process.

Is this getting clear yet? Deliberate planning, getting the attention of the populace, framing the issue, desired solution, and shaping the terms of the decision making process, this all sounds like a power hungry lawyer to me! Shaping the terms? That is crazy, our terms in this country are simple, “We the People” are supposed to be in charge, what is there to shape?

Ok, here is where I might actually piss someone off. to me, this is a simple topic, but for many it is not.

Do you have a job? Do you want a job? Can you even get a job? These are the questions, why? Where do you find a Community Organizer? In places where the answer to these questions isn’t always yes! It is in the deep heart of the welfare infested parts of our country, the places that blame everybody but themselves for everything!

If you wanted to start a Marxist/Communist/ or Anarchist movement, where would you go? I would imagine that you would go to a similar place, a place where there are people that would believe that the “leader” would be the only one that would or could take care of them, since they won’t take care of themselves! The problem is, that leader doesn’t actually care about you, they only care about power! Sure, Castro, Chavez, Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, and all like them, they are, or were, there for the people, yeah right! Funny thing is, the “Sheeple” there thought that they did care!

There is one thing I know, I don’t want to add the name Barack Obama to that list to find out!
