U.S. Supreme Court: Who do you want deciding Americas Future?

One of the most important parts of making the right choice when electing our next President, is who will this new President put in the U.S. Supreme Court?

The Presidency itself is made important by the possible decisions made by the President and what bad ones can mean for the future and whether or not they can be undone by another President, think about this.

Every President faces many decisions, most of which the House and Senate have to approve, but what if the House and Senate have basically the same ideas and plans as the President? Well, that would mean that it would be unlikely for the President’s ideas to be properly debated, resulting in a one sided decision. What about Nancy Pelosi and her bunch of liberal loons that are currently in control? This is what we face if Barack Obama should somehow convince enough people to vote for him, I can not see it, but it is possible.

Why is this so important? Well, there is one thing that a President can do, that cannot be undone, and that is selecting Supreme Court Justices, once in, they are in for life!

The Supreme Court is supposed to decide based on the U.S. Constitution, but, the liberal Justices try to change the Constitution, not enforce it! Every time there is a new Justice appointed, the country moves either to the right or the left of center, even the more moderate Justices often lean to the left and side with the liberals. So what? Right? Wrong! After everything the country has been through for decades, we have been moved consistently to the left, how do you think that whole Roe v Wade thing happened? If Obama gets elected and needs to appoint a new Justice or two, this can impact our country for decades!

In other words, Obama could change the balance of the Supreme Court, and move it so far to the left that it will permanently damage the very document that protects us all, and is the guideline for every court in the land! See how this can effect us all? You know, things like Gun Control, Gay marriage and such? Obama and Pelosi can bring San Francisco values to the whole country! Before you vote for Obama, you had better think about the long term effect and how much damage he can do to our country!

Ronald Reagan: Tear down this wall: As I remember it!

Back in the 80′s when Ronny Ray-gun, as we called him, was president, things were not looked at quite the same as they are today. In hind site, both the left and the right look at him as a great man and president, but, back then he was hated as much, if not more than G.W. Bush!

I was in the Army then, in a Pershing Missile Unit, so my view was a bit different!

Anyone that thinks that Reagan’s “Order” to tear down the wall, had anything to do with the actual event of the wall coming down, is seriously mistaken.

Does that mean that Reagan was not not responsible for the wall coming down? Definitely Not! Reagan had increased our military and improved it, to the point that the Soviet Union had no choice!

Pershing, P1 that is, was an old missile system, something like the old SCUD, you may remember, sort of a point and shoot thing, then came P2, a totally different thing!

Once the Pershing 2 system was in place, it made ALL of the Soviet stuff obsolete! I was there, I saw it!

The Cold War was going strong, the world was afraid of the nukes eliminating us all, and rightly so, but, what actually brought down the wall? What was happening in the world? Was that actually a time of peace?

Back then, we were inundated with protesters, the same as those “code pink” freaks, but worse! We had thousands of them! They surrounded us and stayed there! I was in what was West Germany, and the protesters were mostly American! Yes, there were a few crazies from Russia and elsewhere, but the worst were American! They threw bottles full of piss, had signs telling us that America was bad and so on, just like they do now! It was the same people!

Now, with the Cold War over, these same protesters act like it was them that made this peace, but, that is far from the truth!

The TRUTH was that these P2 missiles were so awesome and could take Russia out, all the way from W Germany, the Russians just gave up! After all, they were broke.  The W Germans simply bought E Germany from them, for something like 64 billion dollars! The Russians were given like 2 weeks to leave, and they did!

Yes, Ronald Reagan was a great president, but what he accomplished was through POWER, not negotiation! Russia was afraid of P2, and rightly so!

Today, the left wing liberals are so strong, and through people like Obama and his ilk, they have dominated our schools and convinced them that the history they present is the “real” history, it is worse than in my day!

I just thank God that I am old enough to know better! Any of you that think you know, because of some professor, book, or teaching doctrine, need to talk to people that were there, people that can help you see that the TRUTH is something different than they teach in school!

Watch out for the Obama‘s, Rev. Wrights, and Farakhans, and also the schools! Our county’s future is at stake, mark my words, if Obama gets elected, we are on the way down a very bad path! God Bless Us and protect us, may his will be done!

Presidential Debate: What do you think?

I don’t know about anyone else, but I am getting tired of the crap! It seems that no matter what either candidate says, the other twists it into something else!

The debate sucked, John McCain could have killed Obama several times, but let him up! There was so much BS in this debate, from both sides, that I almost turned it off! I have been a McCain fan since 2000 and have never been more disappointed, it was like a fighter throwing the fight! There were so many times McCain could have gone for that death punch, but he didn’t, why? Obama is a serious wimp and definitely confused about life and just wants to promote his socialist welfare plans! So, why didn’t McCain cover the welfare issue? Why didn’t he ask about those plans of redistributing wealth? Why didn’t he confront him about the truth of that 95% tax cut?

I do have to admit, there was one thing that Obama said, that got me going, and that was broadband to the rural areas! Obama never did say who would pay for it, but I would imagine that it would be the same folks that pay for his FREE college tuition, you know, the tax payers! Hey, I live in the sticks, and we just got satellite a year ago, because the only phone company here, Verizon, wouldn’t let them in!

Anyway, since I have listened to them both, so many times, I can read between the lines, Obama lied, and McCain, well, he slept or something, because he could have taken Obama out!

Which Obama will show up next?

I stumbled across this picture and had to use it, as it shows a more human looking Barack Obama, an Obama that looks tired, needing a smoke to solve his problems, but is this the real Barack?

So far we have seen many different faces on this Presidential wanna be, but which one is really him?

He started out saying he would get the troops out of Iraq, immediately, but now that the Surge, John McCain’s idea, is working, he has backed off of that, but why?

Simple, Barack Obama is clueless! His lack of experience in life, much less politics is showing through! The one thing about him that appeals to me, is that apparent honesty about drinking and drugs in school, after all, he did admit inhaling!

Where I am really getting confused is why he is alienating his far left liberal base? I saw that woman from Code Pink on Bill O’Reilly’s show the other day, you know, the ones that go to anything with a Republican speaking and then interrupt it with some stupid “bring our troops home now” flag? She didn’t sound too pleased with him, stating there is always a choice, like the greenpeace or that wacko Ralph Nater, I hope he pisses them all off!

Who is this guy anyway? Does anybody really know? I beg all of America to find out, before it is too late! Since most people don’t have time to watch the news, and those that do, only see the liberal side on the networks, where do they get the idea that Barack is the right guy for the job? Well, in the interviews I have seen, you know, where they talk to real people on the street, oh, I guess you would have to watch Fox News for that, anyway, when they do these interviews, the people say “well, I heard somebody at work say…” or “Barack is the one who will help us poor people, isn’t he?” and things like that! It shows just who his supporters are!

Now that he isn’t talking about surrendering anymore, what separates him from John McCain? That is simple, among many factors, the biggest being experience! McCain was working for the people when Obama was still in diapers!

It is a bit entertaining watching Barack flip back and forth on everything, it would be funny, if it wasn’t so serious. If Barack Obama is this wishy washy before being President, what would happen afterward? I can just see him trying to negotiate with that Ahmadthenutjob, in Iran! The Iranians will treat him as this country should be treating him, as a clueless, lawyer, that has no idea of what the world is really like!

It is finaly showing through, that Obama is nothing but another sneaky, power hungry, crooked lawyer that wants to be President!

Why does the liberal left insist that the U.S.A. is the bad guys?

When you see all of the images on TV or the web, it is always against the “west”, why is that? Look at the protesters/rioters in Serbia, they attacked the U.S. Embassy and started a fire and burnt the American flag, what is up with that?

Kosovo has an ethnic Albanian majority, and in part are the people the U.S. and NATO protected from the ethnic cleansing that was taking place back in the 90′s, so who is protesting? No, not the people of Kosovo, they just declared their independance, it is the Serbians, from whom they declared this independence. Here is more

Here is the part where it gets interesting, It is estimated that 70% of Albanians in the Republic of Albania are Muslim, 99% in the Province of Kosovo, which is now a sovereign nation. So, what is all the fuss? Why don’t they get along? I guess it is just proof that the world has a problem, a big problem!

Many will say that these problems have been going on since the beginning of time and we, the “west”, the U.S.A. and any other FREE country, just need to stay out of it. Sounds simple, but, we tried that and it didn’t work! The build up by those “extremists” went on uninterrupted, and undisturbed, during previous administrations, until it overflowed into our (U.S.A.) own yard, and we just couldn’t sit by and watch anymore!

It seems that many have already forgotten, or worse, have even blamed our own government for these attacks! Has America gone crazy? No, America has gone “Left”, way left, I mean look at that Rosie, she represents everything the “Left” stands for. But, that is not the bad part! The bad part is a very touchy issue, one where I am sure to make somebody mad, but that can’t be helped, somebody has to say it! (Another view)

Once upon a time, people actually worried about shaming their families, so, they didn’t do a lot of the things that are now considered normal, or did they? Yes, there have always been, and I am sure, always will be, “Gays and Lesbians” but they stayed “in the closet”, now that they are out, this lifestyle has become acceptable and is spreading like a plague!

This is an example of but one of the many issues that are considered extreme liberal left, but there are many, many others. Ok, fine, let the “lefties” do what they want, but, there is a problem with that. The very people who felt like they were being “oppressed”, become the oppressors! Where once you were looked down upon for being gay, now, unless you are gay, you are looked at funny! If you use the “F” word, and I don’t mean the 4 letter one, you are a bigot! Can you see where this story is headed?

Unless we all stand up and say enough! The left will completely take over! But, will they get what they claim to want? Acceptance? Not when it comes to these muslim extremists! Ok, now its ok to be gay, whats next? It’s ok to be a Jihadist? Whether the “left” will ever admit it, that is what they will get.

Free people must stop being so pacifistic, so wimpy, that is not how our ancestors got us all free to begin with! They stood up and fought for their freedom!

The “lefties” think they are fighting for freedom, and “liberty”, but I believe if you give someone enough rope, they will eventually hang themselves with it! In this case, they will be hanging all of us, just because we did nothing to stop them! Nobody said a word, haven’t you noticed that the protesters are almost always the “lefties” the “save the whales” bunch! The same people who believe that President Bush is responsible for 9/11, are the country’s biggest enemy! The freedom they enjoy is not appreciated, look at Berkley and the Marines!

These ACLU types want to bring all of the detainees from Gitmo here, to stand a trial, hmm, give our rights to those who hate us because of our rights? They want to show the world that the country says its ok to be the enemy, we will take care of you just like everybody else!

The detainees at Gitmo have more than the average American! They have full medical, dental, free food, you name it, what else can we give them? Why should we give them anything? They want to die! They want to take as many of us with them as they can, but death is what they want! Anybody remember what they do to the people they kidnap?

So, what is it I am trying to say here? Simple, get your head out of …..the sand, and take a look at what is going on in the world!

For anyone that believes that the war on terror is just about the oil, really needs to do some research and see what the U.S. is doing, all over the world. Kosovo is a good example, of what can go wrong, or is it?

Is this a quest for freedom? Look at who lines up to stand behind them, look at who doesn’t, and of course, look at who is against them! Is this an example of the U.S. standing behind the bad guys, hoping that they will turn good because we did? Hmm, Clinton got us into that one, thats scary.

I will agree that there were many mistakes made in Iraq, and that blame can be spread all over, including but not limited to President Bush. In our world of fast information, there is a gap between what is fact, rumor, opinion, and ideology. To sum it all up, the war on terror is about the latter, ideology. What one person calls freedom, another calls fascism or colonialism.What this President has done, more than anything else, is stand up and say no, America won’t just let these extremists do whatever they want.
