Unionization: The cancer for business and security!
I know I am going to piss somebody off with this one, but I have to get it off my chest! Maybe you have heard that the TSA workers are starting a unionization process with AFGE, AFGE for TSA even has a Facebook page, and, you may wonder just how I can say that Unionization is bad, since they get more benefits for their members. Well, first off, they work for the government, second, you can’t fire the bad employees, thus weakening our safety, third, these benefits would be great, if they were free, but they are not, somebody must pay for it. Just like Obamacare, it will not work, the math won’t let it, something from nothing leaves a negative. Unions and government have one very important thing in common, neither is a producer, both are a leach on the system and just like cancer, they eat up their victim from the inside out!
What is Unionization?
What exactly is unionization? A hostile takeover by an enemy that doesn’t care who they hurt, they just want power! Yes, they may try to come across as being the nice guy, as if all they want is to help their members, but, it actually has nothing to do with helping, it has to do with control of both the business, and the member. Look at the recent elections in Nevada, how do you think Harry Reid won?
That is a direct quote from his website, and of course, I had to read it, to find that quote, I almost puked from the arrogance dripping from it. Sorry, I see nothing about getting goodies for the union members, or what a wonderful job these members do on their job, all I can see is the control that a politician has over them, can this be a healthy thing? As in, healthy for our country, healthy for our economy, but mostly, healthy for those union members? You may wonder how this works, simple, if the members want to keep all of their goodies that are being plundered from their bosses by the union leaders, they have to do what the union (mob) bosses say! Honestly, I do not blame those poor union members, they just did what they have been told to do, it is the union (mob) bosses told them to do. I think that it should be obvious, what do they call their union members? Labor, is that what they are? The hundreds, thousands of different job types, all being called Labor? Somehow that just sounds derogatory, but, if you think about where unions came from, it makes sense.
Where and how did Unionization start?
At one time, after the wars and progressive Presidents, in the big cities, times were hard and there were so many people and so few jobs, the employers had control and could basically do whatever they wanted to the workers, it was a different time, a terrible time, and just like a weed in a yard that has been neglected, unions popped up, and yes, I blame the employers for not taking care of the workers, but those days are gone, so, what purpose do unions serve today? Well, basically, they are the muscle for Progressive politicians, here is a quote from wisegeek.
Collective bargaining and Unionization
Collective bargaining sounds innocent, but is it? Imagine that you are the owner of a business, and your employees form a union, after all, it only takes 30% of them, and then, whoever gets picked to be their representative, comes into your office and makes demands like either you do this that and the other things, or we quit working, sorry, but that is blackmail! Unionization starts behind the scene, hidden from the employers, here is another quote.
Isn’t sneaking around like this what bank robbers do? Unionization is even worse, it is part of the plan for globalization, remember Superman stopping the bad guy from taking over the world, yep, it is something like that, but that is for another article.
