What is happening to us? Why is the teacher in trouble? The “Cone of shame” sure sounds like a good thing to me! Kids today have no shame, I think teaching them some humility would do them some good.
What did your teacher do to you as a kid? I went to school when the paddle was still popular, I think the “Cone of shame” would be more effective than the paddle, maybe some still need the ass-whooping, but the “Cone of shame” is better than a “time out”, or nothing at all, there must be discipline of some sort.
I have an idea, why not make the kid bring the parents to school and have them all wear the “Cone of shame”, embarrass the parents into disciplining the kids, now that might just be what we need to do!
